OUR NEW SHOW!

Premiered at the Aldeburgh Festival in 2022, Rebuilding the Trombone aims to help us on our journey to find a new voice for the trombone. Featuring brand new music from FOUR world-renowned British composers, joined together with interludes composed & arranged by Slide Action.

The composers commissioned to write especially for Slide Action and the show are Ryan Latimer, Laura Jurd, Emily Hall and Alex Paxton.

The show in its full form features live electronics, lighting and of course, four trombones.
